How to Submit a Ticket with the Help Desk

This page will show you how to submit a support ticket with the help desk.

Instructions

  1. Go to https://byu-law.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals

  2. Select BYU Law Helpdesk

  3. From there, select the best category that fits your issue.

Most issues can be put under Common Issues -> Get IT Help

  1. In the Summary field, give a brief description of the issue you are having. This will be the title of the ticket.

  2. In the Description field, please describe the issue as in depth as you can. Giving us your NetID, email, etc might help.

  3. Attach any files, such as screenshots or anything else we might find helpful in resolving your issue.

  4. Click Send to submit your ticket!

We check our ticketing system frequently, but if we do not get back to you in 24 hours, feel free to follow up.
